WatchPlant Team places sensors in tomatoes and plants

This month, WatchPlant EU Project team placed different sensors in tomatoes  and in plants to analyse their response to air pollution, in some cities of Catalonia.
The plants were located in several air quality stations distributed in urban and suburban areas of this Spanish region.
The fieldwork was carried out by members of the EGAR group from Instituto de Diagnóstico Ambiental y Estudios del Agua (IDAEA-CSIC) CSIC, IRNAS-CSIC, and LARICS Lab from the University of Zagreb.

With this action, WatchPlant Team achieves one of its firsts goals: analyse the response to air pollution of plants with sensors.

Congratulations!
